Project Manager

About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced, detail-obsessed Project Manager to help drive execution across multiple teams in a fast-paced, high-growth eCommerce environment. You’ll be the operational glue between strategy and execution — ensuring projects are scoped, tracked, and delivered on time, every time. You must be fluent in Shopify , Asana , Monday.com , and Google Sheets , and comfortable managing complex workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and constantly shifting priorities. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end project management for marketing campaigns, product launches, operational improvements, and cross-functional initiatives. Build and manage timelines, task assignments, and dependencies in Asana and Monday.com . Track and organize deliverables across stakeholders (creative, marketing, operations, product, etc.). Maintain accurate project documentation, status updates, and KPIs in Google Sheets . Collaborate directly in Shopify to monitor product setup, verify collections, and QA new launches. Run effective stand-ups, check-ins, and project updates to keep the team aligned and accountable. Proactively identify blockers, surface issues, and drive solutions to keep initiatives moving forward. Standardize and improve internal processes, templates, and communication flows.
