Tollanis is on the hunt for a Project Manager who can seamlessly blend technical expertise with organizational prowess. Join us and play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier projects that cater to both our diverse clientele and in-house product development. ​ Key Responsibilities : Project Mastery: Spearhead multiple short-term technical projects from inception to fruition. Craft comprehensive project plans detailing scope, objectives, and timelines. Ensure projects are executed flawlessly, on schedule, and within budget. Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to conceptualize, design, and roll out technical projects. Provide timely updates to the Director of Delivery, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions. Mobilize resources effectively to ensure smooth project execution. Technical Insight: Grasp the intricate technical nuances of projects to manage risks and guarantee successful outcomes. Liaise with technical teams to align with project specifications. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain transparent and timely communication, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage. Continuous Enhancement: Pinpoint areas for process refinement and champion innovative solutions. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in project management. ​ Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience in project management, with a preference for a technical backdrop. Certifications in technologies like Zendesk, AWS, Azure are a plus! PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is advantageous. Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies. Stellar communication skills in English Commitment to working in the Eastern Time Zone to serve our U​S clientele.Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
