Project Manager

The Role: Our team is expanding and we are hiring several high caliber Project Managers to join our fast-growing Delivery team. This is an exciting time to be part of our business transformation and see your role evolve with the company's growth. You will play a key role in managing and coordinating the projects of one or more Software Development teams and making sure they’re delivered efficiently and on time. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with other Project Managers, Product Managers, Software Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers and various business teams to seamlessly deliver products and services. This is a high visibility role which will ensure you are at the forefront of all company developments, directly liaising with senior management and the tech leadership of the organisation. The main responsibilities of the position include: Deliver multiple projects of varying complexity and size Coordinate internal and remote software development teams Hold task owners accountable for specific deliverables and conduct project team meetings to review progress and take any necessary actions Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution Keep track of delivery progress and promote team ownership by ensuring each team delivers within their set timeline Maintain a solid understanding of Agile principles to ensure PMO governance and reporting stay aligned. Ensure that requirements are comprehensive and thorough, include all the necessary information, and are ready for implementation Manage impediments to meet deadlines Collaborate closely with each project's team to provide a high-level estimation and create a delivery/release plan Coordinate with other teams to ensure dependencies are aligned Assist with internal and external communication channels to improve transparency, and provide information to the right stakeholders in the right levels of abstraction Collaborate with Product Managers and other cross-functional teams to manage the expectations of stakeholders by making sure the backlog is well defined, estimated, and prioritised Track key team metrics to support efficient and on-time delivery Understand and follow the PMO department’s processes Provide clear and accurate reports on all aspects of work, including delivery and UAT progress, monthly updates and any other reports as needed Utilise project management methodologies and relevant tools to accomplish all the above Main requirements: BSc/MSc in computer science, engineering, or a related field At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position Strong AI-forward mindset and hands-on familiarity with AI tools and platforms, demonstrating proactivity in driving AI capabilities for project management while remaining flexible and adaptive as AI technologies evolve Experience with project management software, analysis, and reporting methods Knowledge of project management tools and techniques (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.) Strong organisational and critical thinking with analytical and problem-solving skills that can handle any issues that occur during a project’s life cycle A hands-on, professional, detail-oriented approach that strives for excellence Strong written and verbal communication for coordinating with team members, stakeholders, and management Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Strong leadership skills and the ability to stay motivated and work effectively under pressure The ability to identify process deficiencies and suggest improvements based on knowledge and experience An understanding of the full software development life cycle and Agile methodologies The following will be considered an advantage: PMP/Prince II and Agile/Scrum certifications Programming or professional technical experience FX industry experience Benefit from: Attractive remuneration package plus performance related reward Private health insurance Corporate pension fund Intellectually stimulating work environment Continuous personal development and international training opportunities The Hiring Experience: What Awaits You Let’s Connect – Intro Chat with Talent Acquisition Deep Dive – First Interview with Your Future Team Final Connection – Final Interview All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality!
