About the team
AIDA (AI, Data & Analytics) builds technology solutions that transform how Audit & Assurance work gets done. We combine modern software engineering, AI and automation to create tools that simplify complex processes, reduce manual effort and enable teams to work more efficiently and effectively. Our solutions range from purpose-built applications and workflow automation to generative and agentic AI experiences that integrate with enterprise data and systems. We are looking for a senior project management leader who can bring structure, discipline and transparency to how these solutions move from idea to production — coordinating across business and technical teams and helping establish a scalable delivery model for the AIDA portfolio
Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are someone with these required skills, experience & qualifications:
- 10+ years of project, program or technology delivery experience, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives and multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Strong technical fluency across modern software delivery, including application development, APIs and integrations, cloud, data and analytics, automation, testing, CI/CD and production operations.
- Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions and sufficient understanding of generative and agentic AI to manage dependencies, risks and delivery considerations related to data, models, evaluation, guardrails and non-deterministic behavior.
- Demonstrated experience navigating enterprise technology governance and regulated environments, including architecture, security, privacy, risk, compliance and production-readiness processes.
- A clear and influential communicator who can translate between business and technical stakeholders, create structure in ambiguous environments, surface issues early and drive accountability for delivery.
It would be great for you to have some of these additional qualities as well:
- Experience managing portfolios spanning software applications, data and analytics, automation and AI solutions.
- Experience establishing or scaling delivery governance, portfolio management or product-development operating models.
- Familiarity with responsible AI, data governance, model risk and the controls required to move AI solutions into production.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP and delivery tooling such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar.
- Experience delivering technology solutions for Audit & Assurance, finance, accounting or other regulated business processes; project or program management credentials such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 or equivalent are an asset.
