- Create and maintain a systems roadmap to prioritize enhancements, align upcoming platform changes with team needs, and support long-term process improvement.
- Stay current on system capabilities, updates, and releases to identify opportunities to simplify processes, enhance the user experience, and drive continuous improvement.
You'll have...
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- 3+ years of experience administering enterprise SaaS collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com), including managing user access, group security permissions, and licensing structures.

- Demonstrated ability to organize information, manage multiple priorities, and communicate process or technical steps clearly.
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience conducting software tool training, authoring user reference documentation, and providing direct first-line technical support to business teams to drive platform adoption.
Even better, you may have...
- Smartsheet certification or equivalent platform training.
- Certification from Project Management institute i.e PMI-PBA, PMP
