ELIVA — Talent • Opportunity • Impact est une association basée à Genève qui œuvre pour l’insertion professionnelle, l’employabilité, la formation continue et l’accès aux opportunités.

Notre objectif : permettre à chacun de mieux comprendre, développer et valoriser ses compétences pour évoluer dans un marché de l’emploi en constante transformation.

Pour propulser ce projet, nous recherchons 3 talents bénévoles (4h/semaine, télétravail complet, horaires libres) :

💰 1. FUNDRAISING & GRANTS MANAGER

• Identifier les appels à projets, subventions et opportunités de financement.
• Prospecter fondations, institutions, entreprises et mécènes.
• Construire et suivre un funding pipeline.
• Préparation des dossiers de financement.
• Développer des opportunités de sponsoring et de mécénat.
• Structurer progressivement la stratégie fundraising d’ELIVA.

Profil : Expérience en fundraising, grants, finance, consulting, relations institutionnelles ou environnement associatif.

💻 2. DIGITAL OPERATIONS & WORKSPACE MANAGER

• Structurer notre Workspace (Lark) et notre organisation documentaire.
• Organiser notre knowledge base et nos ressources internes.
• Mettre en place des workflows et automatisations
• Structurer les accès, permissions et bonnes pratiques digitales.
• Documenter nos process et créer des outils simples pour l'équipe.
• Identifier les améliorations possible de notre ecosystème digital

Profil : Digital operations, IT, Workspace, Automation, AI, Project management

🎪 3. EVENT PROJECT MANAGER

• Participer à la conception des événements.
• Coordonner lieux, prestataires, intervenants et bénévoles.
• Construire et suivre les rétroplannings.
• Suivre les besoins logistiques et les budgets.
• Coordonner inscriptions et participants.
• Collaborer avec l'équipe Communication sur la promotion.

💰 1. FUNDRAISING & GRANTS MANAGER

• Identify grants, calls for projects and funding opportunities.
• Prospect foundations, institutions, companies and donors.
• Build and manage a funding pipeline.
• Support grant applications and funding proposals.
• Develop sponsorship and philanthropic opportunities.
• Help structure ELIVA's long-term fundraising strategy.

Profile: Fundraising, grants, business development, finance, consulting, institutional relations or strong NGO experience .

💻 2. DIGITAL OPERATIONS & WORKSPACE MANAGER

• Structure our Workspace (Lark) and our document management system.
• Build our internal knowledge base.
• Create workflows and automations.
• Structure access, permissions and digital best practices.
• Document processes and create simple operational tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve our digital ecosystem

Profile: Digital operations, IT,Workspace, automation, AI, project management

🎪 3. EVENT PROJECT MANAGER

• Support event concept development.
• Coordinate venues, suppliers, speakers and volunteers.
• Build and manage event timelines.
• Coordinate logistics and budgets.
• Manage registrations and participants.
• Work closely with our Communication team.
• Coordinate operations on event day.
• Lead post-event follow-up and impact measurement.
