Location: Louisville, CO (hybrid – 4 days/week in office)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 annually, depending on experience

Great creative work takes thoughtful planning, clear communication, and people who help bring it all together.

As Project Manager, Brand at Fjällräven, you’ll bring your experience in marketing and creative project management to guide North American campaigns, content production, and brand projects from kickoff to launch. You’ll connect teams, organize moving parts, and build practical workflows that help good ideas become meaningful work on time and within budget.

Part of our North American Brand Marketing Team, you’ll partner with regional and global colleagues, agencies, and vendors to support a shared purpose: inspiring more people to feel at home in nature.

Come walk with us.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Project Planning & Delivery

  • Lead marketing, content, and brand projects from intake through delivery, keeping scope, timelines, resources, and budgets aligned.

  • Host briefing and intake sessions to clarify objectives, requirements, deliverables, and responsibilities with Brand, direct-to-consumer, and Wholesale stakeholders.

  • Build detailed project schedules, coordinate assignments and handoffs, and keep feedback and approvals moving.

  • Share clear, regular updates on project progress, team capacity, and potential roadblocks with working teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

Processes & Collaboration

  • Develop and improve workflows, playbooks, and project management tools that make collaboration simpler and more effective.

  • Connect regional and global content plans, adapting global resources for North American needs and reducing duplicate work.

  • Coordinate productive project meetings in partnership with brand, marketing, and content leaders.

  • Help build a supportive team culture where people share ideas, solve problems, and celebrate great work together.

Budgets & External Partners

  • Track project budgets and spending, partnering with Finance to provide accurate, timely reporting.

  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, negotiate budgets, and coordinate deliverables to make thoughtful use of resources.

WHAT YOU BRING

You enjoy creating clarity, connecting people, and finding practical ways forward. You care about the details while keeping the larger picture in view, and you build trust through consistent communication and follow-through.

You bring:

  • 5+ years of professional experience managing marketing, content, or creative projects in an agency or in-house marketing or creative team.

  • A record of delivering projects on time and within budget while balancing competing priorities and team capacity.

  • Experience developing and improving processes, timelines, and playbooks.

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build effective relationships across teams, regions, and external partners.

  • Clear written and verbal communication, including project updates, feedback coordination, and budget reporting.

  • Careful attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a resourceful approach to solving problems.

  • Comfort working through ambiguity and turning complex information into organized, actionable plans.

  • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Wrike, Airtable, monday.com, Basecamp, or Asana, along with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

  • Experience managing agencies and vendors, including budget negotiation.

  • An interest in nature, building premium brands, and helping people do their best work.
