About the position

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager / Business Analyst to support the delivery and ongoing development of digital projects for one of our clients.

This hybrid role combines business analysis, requirements engineering, project coordination, and Product Owner support. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders, helping translate business needs into clear requirements, maintain priorities and delivery plans, and ensure that work moves forward efficiently.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of a defined scope, working independently, and stepping in to coordinate activities and decisions when needed.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, clarify, and document business and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and tasks for delivery teams
• Support Product Owners and key stakeholders in day-to-day project activities
• Take ownership of delegated areas of scope and act as a proxy Product Owner when required
• Maintain priorities, scope, backlogs, and delivery plans
• Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Set up and maintain Jira projects, workflows, boards, and task structures
• Coordinate both ongoing operational activities and project-based work
• Track and clearly communicate progress, decisions, risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Collaborate closely with business, product, design, and engineering teams
• Use AI tools to support analysis, documentation, and other day-to-day activities
• Take ownership of assigned activities and follow them through to completion

What we are looking for

• Mid-level experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar hybrid role
• Practical experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
• Good understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and Scrum practices
• Hands-on experience working with and configuring Jira
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good technical understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Ability to work across both operational and project environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and ownership-driven approach to work
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and adopt new tools and ways of working
• Openness to using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality of everyday work
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
