About the company:
50 Sport is The Sports Entertainment Agency.

We build and grow social communities, deliver entertainment-led creative campaigns, and drive sponsorship value; connecting fans, brands, and rights holders worldwide. Uniting sport, entertainment, and culture through industry-leading creativity, social media, strategy and performance for clients including Qatar Airways, Ferrari F1 Team, FIFA, Prime Video Sport, DHL, and Jim Beam.

About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Client Services team as a Project Manager, keeping the international Prime Video Sport account running smoothly and helping deliver individual campaigns. This is a full-time, permanent role reporting to the Account Director.

Based remotely in Canada, you’ll be part of the eight-person central team overseeing delivery across 12 countries. Your remit is global, working closely with market teams across Europe and the Americas, including our editorial team in Canada.

You’ll coordinate resources, bookings and workflows across the account, turning briefs into clear plans and managing traffic through editorial, creative, design and strategy teams. Delivery follows live sporting calendars and broadcast rights across football, NHL, NBA, Wimbledon and Roland-Garros. You’ll bridge the gap between big creative ideas and operational reality, ensuring campaigns go live on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Working hours are largely based on Canadian local time. Occasionally, you may need to adjust your working hours to align with European or US Pacific time zones, within a standard working week.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in project management or account operations within an agency environment.
  • Experience coordinating international teams across time zones and managing competing deadlines.
  • Fluent business-level English, with clear written and verbal communication.
  • A practical understanding of project planning, workflows and delivery processes.
  • Commercial understanding, including basic budgeting, cost tracking and the impact of scope changes.
  • Experience improving processes and keeping project, resource and financial information accurate.
  • Ability to turn complex or ambiguous briefs into clear plans, actions and responsibilities.
  • A collaborative approach and experience coordinating cross-functional teams across agency disciplines.
  • Calm under pressure, with the confidence to ask questions, flag risks and challenge constructively while keeping work moving.
  • An interest in sport, entertainment and culture, and the role they play in connecting brands with audiences.

Desirable:
  • Relevant project management training or qualifications, such as PRINCE2 Agile or Scrum.
  • Experience supporting sports accounts, live sporting calendars or multi-market social content delivery.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations across the global account, working with the central team, market leads and agency departments to keep work moving from brief to billing.
  • Maintain timelines, schedules and workback plans for always-on activity and individual campaigns, coordinating briefs, feedback, approvals and delivery.
  • Provide regular progress updates, keeping delivery status, upcoming deadlines and actions clear to the central team.
  • Lead daily team stand-ups to review priorities, progress, blockers and resource needs.
  • Coordinate resource allocation and freelancer bookings with the Resource Manager and relevant team leads across editorial, creative, motion, design and strategy.
  • Track project hours and agreed deliverables against statements of work, flagging scope changes and additional costs to the Account Director for review and approval.
  • Support simple budgeting, cost tracking and finance reconciliation, working with the Account Director, Client Services Director and finance team to keep forecasts aligned with work delivered.
  • Coordinate delivery of recurring account commitments, including regular delivery updates, Data of the Day (DoD), monthly business reviews (MBRs) and content plans.
  • Maintain account calendars and rotas, and support accurate project and resource information in our internal systems.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, bookings and costings, and manage team access to software and accounts.
  • Identify delivery risks and resource gaps early, agree solutions and priorities with the wider central team, and escalate decisions when needed.
  • Improve ways of working, keeping briefs, processes and templates consistent and sharing effective practices across markets.
  • Build strong working relationships with central and market teams, providing a reliable point of coordination for delivery.
