Company Overview Project Manager / Client Solutions Consultant – Data Analytics Job Description Overview: We are seeking a hands-on and client-focused Project Manager / Client Solutions Consultant to join our data analytics consulting team. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage multiple analytics projects, propose tailored solutions for complex client needs, and help shape new offerings. Key Responsibilities: Independently manage and deliver multiple data analytics projects for a variety of clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely project execution. Design and propose customized analytics solutions that address both standard and non-standard client challenges. Collaborate with internal technical teams to translate client needs into actionable solutions. Contribute to the development of new services and offerings by identifying common client pain points and market trends. Support business growth through cross-selling, upselling, and developing relationships with new clients. Work closely with business development and technical leads to expand the firm's consulting footprint. Requirements Qualifications: 3–5+ years of experience in analytics project management, client solutions, or consulting (preferably in data or healthcare analytics). Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects without direct supervision. Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., data science, engineering, sales). Business-level Japanese and English preferred (for Japan-based roles).
