Escalate anticipated timeline, resource, or budget impacts and raise change requests where required.

5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, including 2+ years in pharmaceutical or life sciences digital programs.
Experience independently managing a client-facing work package.
Experience participating in at least one multi-market Veeva CRM program, with understanding of Salesforce-based Veeva CRM and Vault CRM transition dependencies.
Proven experience with T&M budgets, resource planning, time approvals, forecasting, and scope/change control.
Experience coordinating client, consulting, and supplier teams across time zones.
Strong experience with project governance, reporting, RAID management, and controlled documentation.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Desirable Experience and Skills
6–9+ years of relevant project or delivery management experience.
Experience coordinating commercial and medical workstreams and global template/local-market delivery models.
PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable qualification.
Agile familiarity and experience with Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
German or French and consulting supplier-management experience are desirable.
Responsibilities and Deliverables
Maintain the delivery plan, resource calendar, and project repository.
Produce weekly status and financial reports.
Maintain risk, dependency, decision, and change logs.
Track deliverable acceptance, budget, resource utilization, and transition readiness.
Support workshop logistics and action tracking.
The role manages the assigned work package and does not replace specialist domain expertise or overall program leadership.
