Project Manager (Digital Transformation)

We are looking for a Project Manager to join Sigma Software’s IT Solutions department and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across the company. In this role, you will coordinate enterprise-level projects focused on process optimization, automation, and adoption of modern digital and AI-driven solutions. You will work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders, balancing strategic goals with operational delivery while ensuring measurable business value. The position is open in a remote or hybrid format depending on your location. CUSTOMER Sigma Software’s IT Solutions department is responsible for building and evolving internal organizational capabilities through the implementation and development of business applications and digital solutions. The department supports multiple business functions across the company and focuses on improving operational efficiency, collaboration, automation, and employee experience through modern technologies and transformation initiatives. PROJECT The project portfolio includes enterprise-wide transformation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, optimizing internal processes, and implementing scalable digital and AI-powered solutions across the company. The Project Manager will coordinate multiple parallel initiatives involving business and technical stakeholders while ensuring transparent delivery, effective communication, and incremental business value. Key Technologies: Azure DevOps, Confluence, Enterprise Collaboration Tools, Automation Platforms, AI-assisted Productivity Tools Plan, manage, and monitor project execution to ensure delivery on time and within budget Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management using appropriate delivery methodologies and best practices Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives involving multiple business units and internal teams Align business and technology stakeholders around project goals, priorities, and expected outcomes Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements Promote and support the adoption of AI-driven approaches within project delivery and workflows Perform risk analysis and proactively manage delivery risks and dependencies Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed Ensure transparent communication and structured project documentation Coordinate and support delivery teams, including onboarding and professional growth activities Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and project management practices At least 5 years of experience in project management Proven experience managing cross-functional or transformation initiatives Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and parallel projects Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks Experience collaborating with technical teams and managing IT-related projects Understanding of modern technologies, integrations, and automation approaches Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches Strong risk management and decision-making capabilities Awareness of AI capabilities and willingness to integrate AI into workflows Intermediate English level or higher WILL BE A PLUS Experience with enterprise digital transformation programs Experience implementing automation or AI-driven business solutions PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certifications Experience with process improvement methodologies PERSONAL PROFILE Proactive and ownership-driven mindset Strong organizational and prioritization skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments Collaborative and team-oriented approach Strong analytical and strategic thinking Ability to build trust with stakeholders across different business functions Continuous improvement mindset and openness to innovation
