Project Manager (General)

Salary Range: Php 25,000 - 30,000 Your Mission Brief You will focus on independent project execution and department proficiency. Reporting to the CEO and Client Operations Lead, you are expected to manage projects autonomously, anticipate risks, and ensure the quality and timeliness of outputs. Where You'll Lead Project Planning and Management Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables. Define project requirements and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery within quality standards. Create and maintain detailed project briefs and documentation. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp and Instagantt for task management and client visibility. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and drive efficiency. Foster clear communication among stakeholders to fully understand clients’ needs. Team Leadership and Collaboration Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Facilitate effective communication and cooperation among team members. Provide guidance and support, ensuring team members have the resources and information needed to succeed. Encourage innovation and creativity within the team. Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the project team, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Provide regular updates on project status, goals, requirements, and timelines to stakeholders. Address client concerns promptly and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Assurance Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet client specifications and standards. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and implement improvements. Continuous Improvement Evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes and drive innovation. Pitches and Presentations Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing support and insights in project management. Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients. Industry Knowledge Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in operational processes and tools. Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement. Mission Control and AI Contribute to internal missions and continuous improvement initiatives by supporting the development of processes, systems, workflows, and operational improvements that enhance team efficiency and overall business operations. Explore and apply AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies where appropriate to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support smarter ways of working across the organization. Participate in cross-functional mission projects and initiatives that drive innovation, operational excellence, and scalable solutions for the company. Your Crew DNA Essential skills, knowledge or experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management. Ability to create and maintain detailed project briefs and documentation. Proactive problem-solving skills to address team needs before they escalate. Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills. Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deliverables simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to work independently in a remote work setting. Desirable skills, knowledge or experience Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp. Proficiency in Google Suite tools for collaborative writing and editing. Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. Required education and qualifications (certifications, licenses, accreditations, etc.) Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in a related field.
