Provides support for business and product initiatives that help drive operational performance and quality service within the parameters of client needs and contract requirements.

This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of product and business initiatives across cross-functional teams. The position works with internal teams, clients, and business partners to track priorities, coordinate deliverables, support reporting and business reviews, and help ensure initiatives are executed effectively.

Applies a theoretical knowledge base to work to achieve goals through own work. Characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education. May provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of product and business initiatives across cross-functional teams
  • Track and maintain awareness of key product priorities, deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and summaries to support business reviews and product decision-making
  • Create clear, polished presentations and materials for leadership meetings, product reviews, and business updates
  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly leadership updates by gathering input from teams across the business and shared partner organizations
  • Help ensure deliverables are completed on time by following up with stakeholders, tracking action items, and escalating risks when needed
  • Organize project plans, meeting cadences, status updates, and supporting documentation
  • Assist with identifying product, execution, and operational issues, risks, and gaps, and help drive resolution with appropriate stakeholders
  • Support meeting facilitation, including agenda development, note-taking, action item tracking, and follow-up
  • Maintain project files, reporting templates, product materials, and communication materials to support consistent execution
  • Support the RFP (Request for Proposal) process with Sales and the business
  • Apply knowledge of company processes, customers, and business drivers to support product and business objectives
  • May provide informal guidance to new team members using functional or technical expertise
  • May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned

Job Requirements

  • Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
  • Builds knowledge of the company, processes, products, and customers
  • Solves a range of straightforward problems
  • Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures, technical experience, judgment, and precedents
  • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
  • Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines
  • Understands key business drivers and uses this understanding to accomplish own work
  • No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members
  • Impacts the quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
  • Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations

Salary Range: 75,000.00 – 80,000.00 USD annual
