Project Manager, Implementation

The Project Manager II, Implementation, is responsible for leading the successful implementation of Knowtion Health programs at client health systems. This role oversees all aspects of project execution, including planning, documentation, communication, and risk management, to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations and organizational standards.

The Opportunity:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans aligned with client requirements and contractual statements of work.
• Lead multiple concurrent client implementation projects, ensuring timely progress and clear communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones and task completion, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to position Knowtion Health as a trusted partner.
• Track program success against booking estimates and report on key performance indicators.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years working for a healthcare or revenue cycle organization
• 3+ years in client-facing, technology-driven implementation or project management roles.
