Project Manager (Infrastructure) - Healthcare Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures

12+ month REMOTE W2 Contract position with benefits

Rate: $70-77/hr. with benefits/PTO

Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures Project Manager position

Candidates must have MA&D experience - the more the better. Divestitures and acquisitions, specifically.

• Need strong Infrastructure Project Management experience in Healthcare MA&D space
• Strong Infrastructure experience
• Must have working experience with ServiceNow using the PPM module to manage projects..

• End User Engineering, packaging AND - end user devices.
• Network, including Wireless and APs, circuits/switches

• Server/Storage/Backup

• Telecom applications

• Smartsheet - It's used for Buyer request trackers
• Articulate, composed, professional presentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare infrastructure/IT environments.
• Relatable experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or large-scale facility integrations; preferably in healthcare.
• Experience managing network infrastructure, telecommunications, etc projects from initiation through cutover.
• Familiarity with clinical care systems such as nurse call, patient monitoring, or clinical communication platforms in an acute and post-acute care setting is a plus.
• Exposure to Google Suite and familiarity with working in a PPM tool such as Service Now.
• Deep knowledge of PMP methodology.
