What You’ll Do… Key Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes Lead specific contract projects and assigned personnel across multiple locations. Exercise authority to identify and allocate resources necessary to support TA (Technical Assistance) requests effectively. Implement and enforce quality control programs to ensure TA delivered is of the highest quality. Manage multiple tasks, personnel, and subcontractors simultaneously to meet program objectives. Experience: Senior-level professional with more than 10 years of relevant experience. Typically operates independently on high-visibility or mission-critical program aspects. May oversee the work of junior staff or be responsible for all personnel assigned to specific project efforts. Clearance: Ability to obtain and/or maintain a federal clearance up to Top Secret/DOE Q clearance levels. Preferred Qualifications Experience: Expertise in managing personnel and resources. Experience overseeing subcontractors and concurrent project tasks. Demonstrated proficiency with the Salesforce platform. Clearance: Work Environment Environment: Work will be performed in a climate-controlled office, remotely or possibly on client sites as needed.
