- Works collaboratively and consultatively with clients with minimal supervision
- Has a strong understanding of the strategic direction of assigned accounts, along with knowledge of the client-specific disease states, products, and marketplace competition
- Provides original and strategic ideas and follows through to achieve client goals
- Has an advanced knowledge of and experience with the organization's products and services and can consistently make needs-based product and service recommendations to clients
- Is responsible for assignments to and performance of all team members
- Leads other project managers and cross-functional teams through successful project execution and completion
- Mentors and onboards project managers
- Understands and is able to apply and articulate privacy and compliance guidelines
- Leads onsite events and proactively manages vendors to achieve the best results for the client
- May sometimes perform tasks or role of the account lead
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of experience or the equivalent of education/experience in the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical/medical device)
