What You'll Do You'll lead projects from vision through occupancy while helping shape exceptional experiences for our clients and project teams. You'll: Lead multidisciplinary teams through every phase of design and construction. Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Guide projects that balance design excellence, technical rigor, and performance. Collaborate across multiple disciplines to deliver integrated solutions. Mentor emerging professionals and foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and learning. Anticipate challenges early, communicate clearly, and lead teams toward successful outcomes. Champion innovation and leverage technology to improve project delivery. Contribute to business development, client relationships, and strategic growth opportunities. Accountable for commitments and outcomes. Passionate about developing others. Qualifications Professional degree in Architecture. Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure preferred. 7+ years of architectural experience with increasing project leadership responsibilities. Experience leading complex commercial projects through all phases of design and construction. Strong understanding of contracts, project financials, scheduling, consultant coordination, and construction administration. Proficient in Revit and current design technologies.
