Project Manager (Operations & Delivery)

About the Role We are seeking an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead workflows and project delivery across our creative production engine. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery Oversight (70%): Turning briefs into clear delivery plans and timelines. Manage the full production pipeline inside ClickUp: briefs, timelines, dependencies, and approvals. Keep creative, scripting, casting, production, and post-production teams aligned on deadlines and deliverables. Ensure every project stays on schedule and within scope, escalating bottlenecks when needed. Maintain clean documentation: agendas, call notes, summaries, client approvals, and asset delivery checklists. Operational Client Communication & Coordination (20%): Provide regular, structured operational updates to clients regarding shoot timelines, delivery ETAs, and asset approvals. Manage client feedback and revision cycles efficiently, keeping project scope protected and expectations aligned. AM Alignment & Account Enablement (10%): Partner closely with Account Managers to surface operational blockers, timeline shifts, or capacity constraints early. Identify potential delivery risks and highlight workflow efficiencies or expansion opportunities to the AM team. Who You Are: 2+ years of Project Management / Creative Operations experience at a digital agency, performance creative shop, or remote production team. ClickUp User: Deep proficiency in building views, custom fields, dependencies, and tracking task workflows inside ClickUp or similar agency management tools. Production & UGC Awareness: Strong familiarity with social ad production stages (briefing/ creator casting/ video editing/ revisions) and digital video formats (Meta, TikTok). Process-Driven & Detail-Obsessed: Type-A organizational skills with a relentless focus on accuracy, deadlines, and proactive communication. Strong English Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal English skills for cross-functional alignment and client updates.
