SIGRA | Full-time | Any SIGRA location | Partial remote via MS Teams | Start by agreement

Renewing a pipe from the inside changes how a project is planned. Access, isolation, quality and documentation need to work together with the customer’s operations.

SIGRA is looking for a Project Manager — Pipe Rehabilitation to lead pipe renewal and tank rehabilitation offshore and onshore, serving industrial and municipal water and wastewater customers.

What you will do

-Own projects from planning to delivery, including schedule, budget, variation orders and reporting to group management.

-Coordinate lining, surface treatment, LIDAR inspection and robotic teams. Manage customer relationships and agree access and isolation arrangements.

-Follow up QHSE under Equinor TR3016, NS-EN ISO 11295 and client specifications. Prepare ITP/QCP, FROSIO inspection reports and coating documentation.

-Manage offshore mobilisation of personnel and equipment, including confined-space work permits and coordination with ongoing operations.

What you bring

-An engineering degree is required, with a background in civil, mechanical, process or corrosion engineering. Industry knowledge and a strong commercial track record are highly valued.

-Ideally 3–10 years of project management experience in pipe rehabilitation, offshore maintenance, surface treatment or municipal infrastructure.

-Familiarity with NORSOK M-501, offshore maintenance standards or municipal water and wastewater requirements. FROSIO, coating inspection or trenchless technology experience is an advantage. Comfortable with offshore environments and mobilisation logistics. Fluent in Norwegian and English.
