Overview

Join our Offshore PMO team in Dublin as a Project Manager (Project Controls), supporting delivery within a dynamic governance framework for Irish offshore wind projects. This hybrid role blends office collaboration with flexibility, emphasizing proactive coordination, clear communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Focus

• Drive governance processes and ensure seamless coordination of meetings, documentation, and change controls.
• Track and communicate project decisions and progress effectively.
• Manage governance records and support quality assurance for submissions.
• Foster strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
• Support overall project delivery aligned with strategic goals.
  
  

Experience & Skills

• 10+ years in project management or controls, ideally in energy or infrastructure sectors.
• Relevant degree (Engineering, Project Management) and professional accreditation preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and governance tools.
• Skilled in risk identification, issue resolution, and collaborative problem-solving.
