Project Manager- Project Management Officer Specialist

Job Description:

An oportunity for a Project Manager- Project Management Officer Specialist has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Sevilla.

RESPONSABILITIES

1. Lead some of the improvement projects of Tablada, acting as Project Manager (PM).

• Define scope, schedule & budget.
• Coordinate team
• Risk Management
• Stakeholders & customer management
• Asure deliverables OQOTOC

2. Act as PMO (Project Management Office), driving transformation & strategic projects inside Tablada Plant

• Define Governance
• Define methodology & process

• Prioritization of projects aligned with Strategy
• Standardisation of reporting & portfolio Review
• Capacity & resources management
• Support to Project Managers

3. Lean / Operational Excellence.

• Implement improvement actions based in the Operational Excellence System.
• To erradicate the Non Value Added in the process to improve.

SKILLS

Education: Engineering degree or a related discipline

Experience: related to project management, at least 1 and a half years.

Soft Skills: communication and negotiation skills

Languages: Advanced level in English and expert level in Spanish

Nice to have: SAP knowledge
