Project Manager (Snowflake/CRM Integration) - Hybrid Lisbon ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Join a leading European logistics and parcel delivery group operating at major scale, connecting people and places across dozens of locations and processing hundreds of millions of shipments annually. Their BI Platform Team runs on a data mesh approach, powering data-driven decisions across the business through modern data and analytics platforms spanning data warehousing, visual analytics, machine learning, and data governance. PROJECT & CONTEXT We're looking for a Project Manager to drive the international rollout and continued development of the group's Marketing & Sales Data Products. You'll coordinate closely with business departments, country organizations, and technical teams to implement standardized data products across the group — building and operating scalable data pipelines on Snowflake, integrating systems like Salesforce and Funnel.io, and developing a group-wide data model to analyze marketing and sales performance across the full customer journey. You'll also create technical standards and reference implementations to scale the product internationally, and provide hands-on consulting and enablement to country teams adopting the data mesh approach. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required) Degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, data science, industrial engineering, or a comparable field Strong communication and facilitation skills with different stakeholders Experience in international projects or working with decentralized teams Strong ability and enjoyment in knowledge transfer and enablement Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style Experience with SQL, data modeling, and data quality frameworks Very good English skills (required) NICE TO HAVE (Preferred) Knowledge of CRM, marketing, or sales data integration Experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban Knowledge of modern data warehouse and cloud technologies, ideally Snowflake Compensation: €2,200 – €2,800/month net, depending on experience and seniority level.
