Senior IT Project Manager (ServiceNow) - Hybrid Lisbon (2 days/week office) ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Join the IT organization of a leading global insurance and financial services group as a Senior IT Project Manager, overseeing the successful delivery of projects that directly support the business. This is a chance to operate at scale within a large, dynamic enterprise, coordinating across business analysis, development, and IT operations to keep critical initiatives on track. PROJECT & CONTEXT You will be responsible for the oversight of IT project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements, based in Lisbon with a hybrid model of 2 days per week in person. Your scope includes defining and managing comprehensive project plans covering timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation; organizing communication and coordination mechanisms across stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment; monitoring project progress, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions; and preparing and disseminating status updates and reporting to relevant stakeholders. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required) Demonstrated expertise managing complex IT projects within dynamic environments Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and associated tools Proven ability to analyze issues, structure solutions, and support decision-making processes Experience coordinating activities across multiple domains and contributors Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related domain Recognized project management certification (PMP or equivalent) Minimum of 5 years' expertise in IT project management Proficiency in project management tools and software Ability to structure and formalize communication with stakeholders Knowledge of ServiceNow B2 English (Upper Intermediate) or above NICE TO HAVE (Preferred) Experience contributing to the continuous improvement and optimization of project management practices Experience building structured stakeholder communication frameworks within large, complex organizations Background working within insurance, financial services, or another large enterprise environment
