Position Summary Lead and deliver complex software projects for financial technology products and services, ensuring successful implementation of digital payment systems, trading platforms, banking applications, and regulatory compliance solutions. Location Zact is a global company with multiple locations across US, Europe and India. We provide 100% Remote Working Option. Candidates applying for this role should be located in one of the European or Indian Time zones. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end software development lifecycle for fintech applications, from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and compliance specialists Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations while managing stakeholder expectations Ensure adherence to financial regulations (PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2, GDPR, KYC/AML) and security standards Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation, risk registers, and status reports Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders including executives, product owners, and external partners Required Qualifications 5+ years project management experience in software product development Should have extensive experience working in software product based companies Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field Core Competencies Data security and privacy awareness Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and regulatory constraints
