Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission. Who you'll work with The SSI team is part of Fever Originals, the division responsible for building, managing, and scaling Fever's portfolio of recurring live experiences. SSI runs a global catalogue of IPs — immersive shows, concerts, and theatrical formats — across more than 100 cities worldwide. As a Team Lead, you will be embedded in your regional office and work daily with colleagues across Growth, Marketing, Production, Operations, Finance, and Legal. You will interface with venues, local production partners, artists, and casting agents in your market. The team is intrinsically motivated, international, and driven by the challenge of building scalable entertainment at a global level. People on the team come from leading companies within and outside the entertainment industry, including McKinsey, BCG, Amazon, Cirque du Soleil, Disney, Google, and Roland Garros. What you'll do As a Team Lead, you own the operations of your region. You are given a portfolio of live experience IPs and are fully accountable for their expansion, quality, and profitability in your market. Business & IP ownership Own the Operational P&L for your region across all active IPs: revenue, costs, gross margin Expand your IP portfolio into new cities — identify venues, negotiate with local partners, and launch new markets while maintaining the quality and format standards of each experience Adapt global IPs to your local market: production format, casting, logistics, and programming — ensuring each show meets the audience quality benchmark Drive continuous improvement in ratings and customer satisfaction; diagnose root causes of quality issues and lead action plans to resolution Grow add-on revenue streams (merchandising, upsells, F&B, brand partnerships) and support new program testing in your market Operations & KPI management Monitor and own the operational KPIs of your region: occupancy rates, audience ratings, capacity launch efficiency, and gross margin per show Use data tools and dashboards to stay ahead of performance gaps; build structured improvement plans and track results Ensure full adherence to Fever's operational guidelines and processes: launch cadences, reporting standards, production requirements Collaborate with Growth on capacity planning, marketing strategy, and pricing to maximize revenue across your IP portfolio Identify process inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions — improving how the team works, not just what it delivers Team management Lead a team of 6 to 12 Project Managers and Producers. Set clear goals and priorities, run regular 1:1s and performance reviews, and build a high-performance, accountable team culture Develop team members' skills and career paths; manage performance directly and proactively when standards are not met Foster Fever's values across the team — accountability, proactivity, data-driven decision-making, and entrepreneurial ownership Strategic contribution Think beyond day-to-day operations: identify opportunities to improve the business model, test new formats, and grow Fever's footprint in your region Contribute to global team discussions on IP strategy, program development, and expansion priorities Represent your region in cross-functional forums and be a proactive voice on what is working, what is not, and what should change Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in operations, general management, consulting, or a fast-paced startup environment — you have owned P&L and driven results Strong analytical skills: you use data to make decisions, not just to report. Comfortable with P&L analysis, KPI monitoring, and data tools Proven team management experience: you know how to hire, develop, motivate, and hold a team of 6–12 people accountable to high standards Operational rigor: detail-oriented and process-minded, with a track record of improving execution quality and identifying what is slipping before it becomes a problem Strategic mindset: you can zoom out from the day-to-day and identify the changes that would materially improve the business Strong communicator across all levels — effective at managing up, across functions, and down to your team in a global, cross-functional organization Entrepreneurial spirit: comfortable with ambiguity, fast-changing priorities, and full ownership without a complete playbook Native or highly fluent English; additional languages a plus depending on market What you'll get All positions at Fever include the following: Competitive compensation package: base salary and performance bonus (total compensation approximately of 130.000 USD gross/year) 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences worldwide Health and dental insurance Wellhub membership 22 days annual leave Hybrid working: office Monday–Thursday, work from home on Fridays Real ownership and impact from day one in a high-growth global category leader Professional and personal growth in a fast-moving, international environment Our hiring process A 30-minute video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers to understand your background, assess cultural fit, and answer your questions A 60-minute online test covering logic, analytics, and written comprehension A 30-minute interview with your future manager to assess fit and capabilities A 45–60 minute business case presentation (prepared in advance) to a small panel On average, our process takes ~4 weeks and offers follow within a week of the final interview. #LI-Hybrid ; #LI-Fulltime ; #LI-AU1 Thank you for considering joining Fever.
