Duties:
The Project Manager (“PM”) is an integral member of Sentrus’ Operations Support Department (“Ops Support”). The Project Manager (PM) plays a key role in leading cross-functional integration, operational, and strategic initiatives that support organizational growth, efficiency, and scalability. Reporting through the PMO and working closely with the COO and functional leaders across IT, Operations, Sales, Finance, and other business areas, the PM is responsible for managing assigned projects from planning through delivery. This includes driving execution, maintaining alignment across stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring successful outcomes for initiatives, with priority given to those sponsored by the COO. The PM may also perform other duties as assigned by the PMO.
Essential Functions:
The essential functions of the Project Manager are to:
- Lead cross-functional integration, operational, and strategic initiatives across the organization.
- Manage projects from planning through execution, ensuring accountability, timely delivery, and risk mitigation.
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and ownership in partnership with business leaders.
- Coordinate teams, vendors, and stakeholders to successfully execute projects and initiatives.
- Track project performance, budgets, risks, resources, and dependencies, providing regular reporting to leadership.
- Support PMO governance, reporting, and project management best practices.
- Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have a combination of demonstrated experience and education that is equivalent to 5 years with a focus on project management, program management, business operations, or integration management, with demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach,
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work,
- Light to moderate lifting is required,
- Ability to uphold the stress of traveling,
- Regular, predictable attendance is required.
Additional Information:
Must be willing to travel up to 10%.
