Project Manager - Transformation - Hybrid

Description This is a hybrid position based at our beautiful corporate office located in Brentwood, TN, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leads cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation while ensuring alignment with Transformation Office objectives, timelines, and budget expectations. Develops detailed project plans, timelines, status reports, and communication strategies to support successful project execution and stakeholder engagement. Coordinates meetings, project activities, and deliverables among internal departments, leadership teams, vendors, and external partners. Identifies project risks, barriers, and dependencies and implements mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruption and maintain project progress. Monitors project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics and provides regular updates to leadership regarding project status, issues, and outcomes. Facilitates process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying operational efficiencies, and supporting change management efforts. Maintains project documentation, tracking tools, and reporting records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and organizational consistency. Perform ad-hoc data analyses in support of transformation work as directed by the VP of Transformation. Qualifications EDUCATION Bachelors degree required. EXPERIENCE Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience or similar leadership required. Experience in a healthcare industry preferred. LICENSE(S)/CERTIFICATION(S) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Strong project planning, organization, and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools, particulary PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in SmartSheet or similar program desireable.
