- Develop, maintain and review reporting tools, databases and documentation systems.
- Support data collection, reporting and service monitoring activities.
- Assist with reviewing and maintaining policies, procedures and operational documentation.
- Support quality, compliance and continuous improvement activities.
- Assist with the development of newsletters, resources, presentations and communication materials.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clinicians, managers, funders and partner organisations.
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of Specialist Clinical Services.
About You

- Experience supporting projects, operational activities or service improvement initiatives.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports, minutes and professional correspondence.
- Experience maintaining procedures, documentation, databases or reporting systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Understanding of quality, compliance and continuous improvement principles within a healthcare or community service environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Commitment to Eastern Health's values and person-centred approach to care.
Desirable
- Additional training or qualifications in project management, business administration or quality improvement.
- Experience working within alcohol and other drug, mental health, community health or integrated care settings.
- Experience supporting government-funded programs and reporting requirements.
