Project Planning Specialist

Role Description The Project Planning Specialist is a part-time remote role focused on supporting the planning and coordination of the club’s initiatives and projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing project plans, defining timelines and milestones, and tracking progress to ensure activities remain on schedule. The specialist collaborates with team members to clarify objectives, allocate responsibilities, and manage project documentation. The role also involves monitoring risks, proposing adjustments to project plans, and communicating updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Planning and Project Planning skills to structure initiatives, define scope, and organize tasks effectively.
• Candidates should possess Project Control skills to monitor progress, manage changes, and ensure adherence to timelines and objectives.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify risks, and support informed decision-making for project improvements.
• Candidates should possess Communication skills to coordinate with team members, present updates clearly, and facilitate collaborative work.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic project management tools or productivity software is beneficial.
• Experience in student clubs, volunteer organizations, or project coordination roles is a plus.
