Job Summary: We are looking for a Project Specialist to drive operational excellence on our premium luxury hospitality account, owning full-funnel campaign trafficking, asset workflows, and critical photography programs. You will strictly maintain timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and secure compliance approvals across the region. Step into a fast-paced environment where you will collaborate directly with regional brand directors, managing diverse deliverables across digital, website, and social marketing channels without extra layers. Role: Campaign Trafficking & Workflow Management: Own campaign trafficking by managing deadlines, tracking timelines, and overseeing asset management across channels to keep everything moving smoothly across stakeholders. Photography Programme Governance: Oversee the luxury photography programme (architectural and lifestyle). Act as the primary link between the client, the individual hotels, and the appointed execution agency. Quality Control & Approvals: Review work, provide precise feedback, manage escalations, and handle stakeholder alignment to secure final project approvals. Verify legal documents and issue Letters of Compliance (LOC). Website Optimisation Support: Partner with a copywriter and digital services teams to track and support a major hotel website template reset, monitoring compliance targets at the individual hotel level. Stakeholder & Resource Coordination: Liaise closely with external agencies, production partners, internal stakeholders, and brand managers to align project scope, resolve process gaps, and prevent timeline delays. Process Optimisation: Translate complex briefs into clear action plans, identify workflow improvements, and troubleshoot challenges with calm, clear thinking in a fast-changing environment. You: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of project management or account operations experience within a creative agency, consultancy, or dynamic luxury environment. A pure operational professional who thrives on logistics, deadlines, asset management, and rigorous stakeholder coordination rather than creative production. Highly organised and detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage complex budgets, resource allocation, and timelines across multiple channels simultaneously. A self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously, anticipate roadblocks, manage scope changes, and operate efficiently within a matrixed organisation. Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distil complex updates and keep stakeholders aligned.. Contract type: 6 month fixed term contract.
