Position Overview The core purpose of the Project Support role is to support projects through the sales process by arranging meetings for the Project Consultant, following up on projects by phone, and making final updates to quotation schedules before they are ready for ordering. This role requires someone who can work well as part of a team and fit into the company culture. Responsibilities Follow projects through from qualification to order, primarily by phone, while also using email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other appropriate channels where helpful. Updating quotation schedules as requested by customers throughout the sales process. Answer customer questions by phone, email or online chat, using knowledge gained through internal technical product training. Qualifications: Experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related commercial role. Strong understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, appointment setting, relationship management, and negotiation. Experience using CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to manage data, reports, and sales-related information. Understanding of industry standards, compliance requirements, and relevant certifications (experience with fire certification is an advantage). Ability to understand technical products, their applications, features, benefits, and value propositions. Experience working in a technical, construction, engineering, or product-based industry is preferred. Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and effectively communicate product features, benefits, applications, and technical requirements. CRM & Process Management: Ability to effectively navigate CRM systems and maintain accurate customer and sales records. Industry Awareness: Understanding of the market, key stakeholders, competitors, and industry trends. Customer Focus: Ability to build strong relationships, provide professional support, and identify customer needs. Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to influence decisions, handle objections, and negotiate effectively. Professional Telephone Skills: Confident and professional communication skills when handling inbound and outbound calls, including prospecting, selling, and appointment scheduling. Why RecruitGo?
