Your career path could surprise even you, there's so much variety.

Work in an organisation based on purpose, structure and process. You know that to make a meaningful contribution to our community and economy, there needs to be diligence in our operations.

In this role, you'll:

Be part of the team helping deliver Australia's largest public transport infrastructure program, supporting projects that will transform how millions of people move around Sydney and across NSW. You'll play a key role behind the scenes, ensuring project teams, leaders and stakeholders have the coordination and support they need to keep complex programs moving forward.

You'll provide high-quality project and executive support, coordinating diaries and meetings, managing actions, maintaining records, preparing reports, and supporting financial and administrative processes. Working with a broad range of stakeholders, you'll help bring structure, organisation, efficiency, and consistency to a fast-paced project environment.

This is an opportunity to gain exposure to major infrastructure delivery, build valuable stakeholder management experience, and contribute to projects that will leave a legacy for communities across NSW.

We have multiple temporary opportunities available, with varying contract lengths, the longest running until 31 August 2027. Applicants may be considered for multiple vacancies as part of this recruitment process.

About you

You're a highly organised and proactive business management or project support professional who enjoys being the person that keeps projects, people, and processes running smoothly. Whether you've worked in infrastructure, transport, construction, government, or another complex environment, you're comfortable juggling competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

You have experience coordinating meetings, managing emails, approvals, and documentation, tracking actions, and supporting stakeholders at all levels. You're confident using systems and technology, preparing reports, processing invoices, and supporting project governance and administration activities. Most importantly, you're a strong communicator who builds positive working relationships, anticipates what needs to be done, proactively jumps-in to support, and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes that helps teams achieve their goals. Experience in project coordination, executive support, document control, or administration within a project environment will be highly regarded.

Whether you're looking to further your project support or business management career, or gain experience on one of Australia's most significant infrastructure programs, this is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that will shape the future of transport in NSW.
