Projektledare

Role Description As a Projektledare at Cortina Projektledning AB, you will lead and coordinate construction and installation projects from planning through execution and completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing schedules and budgets, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and quality requirements. You will monitor project progress on-site, identify and mitigate risks, and prepare clear reports and documentation for clients and decision-makers. Collaboration with designers, contractors, and inspectors will be central to your work, with a strong focus on structured communication and problem-solving. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Stockholm.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including Project Management experience in construction, installation, or related fields.
• Master of Science in Engineering degree.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with high professional integrity and responsibility.
• Experience with projects involving residential, commercial, office, or infrastructure properties is an advantage.
