Job Title: ProLease Techno Functional Consultant Location: Remote (India/US) Job Type: Full Time/ Part time Job Summary: We are seeking a ProLease Data Migration & Functional SME Consultant to lead the transition from ProLease to other lease management systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ProLease database structures, data extraction, and functional workflows. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth data migration, maintain system integrity, and provide functional expertise on ProLease modules. Key Responsibilities: · ProLease Functional Expertise: Serve as an SME for ProLease lease administration and related business processes. · Data Migration & Integration: Develop and execute end-to-end data migration strategies, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency. · Database Management: Extract, analyze, and transform data from ProLease databases for migration to new lease management platforms. · Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to define migration requirements and functional workflows. · System Testing & Validation: Conduct data validation, system testing, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy post-migration. · Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve migration challenges, ensuring smooth integration with the target system. · Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain migration plans, system documentation, and functional training materials. · Post-Migration Support: Provide ongoing support and process optimization after system transition. Required Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 2. 5+ years of experience working with ProLease, with expertise in data extraction, functional workflows, and system configurations. 3. Strong SQL skills and experience with data transformation, reporting, and migration scripting. 4. Hands-on experience in data analysis, system integrations, and troubleshooting. 5. Strong understanding of business processes related to lease administration and portfolio management. 6. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. 7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Prior experience in ProLease-to-other-system migrations. 2. Knowledge of ETL tools, data mapping techniques, and automation scripts for migration. 3. Familiarity with system configurations and process optimization in lease management software. 4.
