PA will manage the acquisition, development, and maintenance of commercial and residential real estate properties in New York. Daily activities include: MARKETING Create adverts Advertise rooms and apartments for rent SALES Communicate with leads Schedule showings Create and sign lease agreements SERVICING Arrange move-ins and move-outs Service customer requests Manage maintenance and repairs Manage property and premises Manage cleaners PROCUREMENT Order supplies Research products and services Negotiate with Vendors Arrange delivery and shipments Qualifications Not everyone can be a great Administrator.
