Actively Seeking – Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent We are a growing independent insurance agency seeking a North Carolina licensed insurance agent to serve as a Customer Retention Specialist. We are seeking an individual who desires to grow with us in opportunity as we grow. Responsibilities: Service personal lines and commercial lines Maintain customer records Provide timely follow up on customer inquiries Provide excellent customer service Job Requirements: NC Property & Casualty License Commercial experience Prior insurance sales and or customer service experience Enthusiastic and customer service oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and focus on top priorities Detailed oriented Excellent organizational skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products Required Education: High School, College Degree is a plus License or Certification: NC Property & Casualty License, Commercial Experience Flexible work from home options available.
