Job Description Summary
The Facilities Manager is responsible for coordinating the planning, maintenance, improvement, construction, and day-to-day facilities activities across Evergreen Holdings Corporation’s portfolio of owned and leased properties. The portfolio includes approximately 10 owned locations totaling approximately 1.6 million square feet, along with approximately 10 leased locations supporting multiple operating businesses within a holding company of approximately $1.3 billion in annual scale. This role serves as the primary internal coordinator among company leadership, operating companies, tenants, Property Management providers, general contractors, owners’ representatives, architects, engineers, vendors, landlords, and other stakeholders. The Facilities Manager will provide centralized visibility, organization, communication, and follow-through for property operations, capital projects, tenant improvements, construction activity, and facility-related needs.
This role will be a part of Evergreen Holdings Corporation which is proudly employee-owned, and comprises member companies that independently and collectively deliver exceptional construction solutions. Through a commitment to innovation, strategic integration and customer satisfaction, the member companies of Evergreen Holdings are driven to be the most reputable and sought-after partners in the industry.
The member companies include Hunt Electric, Baer Manufacturing, Modular Power & Data (MPD), and SureTree Logistics. Membership in Evergreen Holdings means more than shared ownership: it means access to capital, strategic expertise and a collective intelligence built across every market the organization serves. Member companies operate independently, with their own identities, cultures and leadership intact. What changes is what is available to them: deeper resources, broader relationships and a platform built for the long term. For companies built on employee ownership, that structure also matters. Evergreen Holdings is designed to protect and extend that model for future generations, not replace it. Each member company operates with the focus of an independent business and the market insight of an organization many times its size.
Travel requirements: This position will be hybrid and will include ~30% travel.
