Property Consultant

Role Description This part-time remote Property Consultant role focuses on supporting the Sharjah Training Centre for Airports Science with property-related advisory and coordination activities. Day-to-day tasks include researching and assessing real estate options, preparing property reports, and advising on space utilization and leasing opportunities aligned with the center’s operational needs. The Property Consultant will communicate with internal stakeholders and external property agents, support negotiations, and help maintain accurate documentation of property transactions and agreements. The role also involves monitoring market trends, providing recommendations to optimize costs and facilities, and ensuring that property decisions support long-term training and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to assess property options and provide sound recommendations.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and external partners.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to support negotiations and secure favorable property terms.
• Relevant experience in property consulting, facilities planning, or real estate advisory, preferably in education or aviation-related environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in standard office software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
