Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Shang Property Specialist, based in Metro Manila, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Shang Property Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing client relationships, facilitating property viewings, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves working with both commercial and residential real estate, including sales and lease agreements. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining communication with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
• Sales skills and a proven track record in achieving targets
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in using real estate management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required

What to expect?

• 20-28k Allowance ( Depending on Sales Experience )
• Up to 6-10% commission ( May vary depending on sold project & existing promos )
• Incentives per sale
