🚀 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿

Full-Time | Remote | Night Shift | U.S. Eastern Business Hours

We’re looking for a Property Maintenance Coordinator to support a U.S.-based property management company managing 240+ apartment units across New England.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼 :

• Handle maintenance requests from tenants and keep work orders updated in Buildium.

• Call and schedule plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, snow removal companies, and other vendors.

• Coordinate contractor access with tenants.

• Find new vendors when needed, request quotes, compare pricing, and negotiate.

• Follow up with contractors until the work is fully completed.

• Collect before-and-after photos and completion updates.

• Keep the team updated through Slack and Notion.

• Maintain accurate records and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Gradually take on additional property management tasks, including rent collection follow-ups.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗲 :

• A tenant reports that their heat isn't working.

• You log the maintenance request, contact an HVAC contractor, schedule the repair, coordinate access with the tenant, and update the work order.

• After the visit, you follow up to confirm the issue was fixed and collect proof of completion.

• If one contractor doesn't answer, you call another. You keep going until the problem is solved.

𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲:

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in U.S. property management, property maintenance coordination, or a closely related role.

• Clear, confident spoken English.

• Comfortable making frequent outbound calls to tenants and vendors.

• Confident requesting quotes, comparing prices, and negotiating with contractors.

• Able to manage multiple maintenance requests and prioritize urgent issues.

• Able to work full-time during U.S. Eastern business hours, which requires a night-shift schedule in Bangladesh.
