Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties, including structural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems Evaluate the condition of properties and identify potential issues that could affect the safety, functionality, or value of the property Prepare detailed inspection reports that outline findings and recommendations Communicate findings to clients in a clear and professional manner Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the inspection process

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties, including structural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems
• Evaluate the condition of properties and identify potential issues that could affect the safety, functionality, or value of the property
• Prepare detailed inspection reports that outline findings and recommendations
• Communicate findings to clients in a clear and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the inspection process
• Participate in ongoing training and certifications as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 21 years of age
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be comfortable talking with clients, agents and homeowners. People skills are a must!
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and desire to learn
• Proficient computer and ability to learn new software quickly, as technology is always changing and advancing
