Job Summary As a Proposal and Technical Solutions Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in assisting with the development of technical solutions and proposal narratives for new business opportunities. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment, working closely with our sales and technical teams. Job Description We are looking for a Proposal and Technical Solutions Analyst Intern . This role is a full-time internship and is remote . The internship dates are June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027 . As a Proposal and Technical Solutions Analyst Intern, you will assist with the development of technical solutions and proposal narratives for new business opportunities while working closely with sales and technical teams. This internship is a full-time opportunity requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week . Candidates must be available during core business hours (8:30 a.m. EST to 5:00 p.m. EST) for the entire 9-week duration of the program. Candidates requiring sponsorship will not be considered What You'll Do Assist in the development and preparation of technical solutions and proposal documents for new business opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information necessary for proposal creation Support the creation of compelling technical narratives that effectively communicate the value of our solutions Conduct research on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform proposal strategies Assist in the organization and maintenance of proposal materials and documentation Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and feedback What You'll Need Required: Current Junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical-focused major with a minor in English, Journalism, or a related field Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher Strong writing skills with an interest in developing technical narratives Business-focused mindset with a solid understanding of technical concepts Interest in sales solutions and business development Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Preferred: Experience creating technical, academic, or business-related written content Familiarity with proposal development, technical documentation, or business communications Strong research and analytical skills Experience collaborating on team projects in academic or professional settings Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor EEO Statement CAI is committed to equal employment opportunity.
