Are you passionate about transforming our global food system and building a sustainable, plant-based future? Join our team at ProVeg Incubator to support pioneering startups and drive real impact in the alternative protein ecosystem!

As our Incubator Programme Associate, you will play a hands-on role in powering our flagship startup support initiatives and shaping how we measure and showcase our impact. Working across two core projects - our 10-week remote incubation programme (Fast Track to Impact) and our milestone Impact Report - you will work directly with founders, compile key sector insights, and help accelerate the mission of plant-based and cultivated food innovation worldwide.

Responsibilities

Project 1: Incubator Programme Support
  • Curriculum & Speaker Logistics: Update incubation materials, finalize learning modules, and coordinate with expert speakers from across the global ProVeg network.

  • Live Cohort Management: Serve as the primary contact for founders, facilitate remote incubation sessions, and lead regular 1:1 check-ins to solve operational blockers.

  • Data Dashboard Creation: Build a clean, organized database and dashboard view tracking startup demographics, funding, technology modalities, and environmental impact.

  • Report Drafting & Sourcing: Deliver complete draft sections for the Impact Report - including 5 to 8 alumni case studies - and compile a fully annotated resource list of all sources used.
