you’ll help cultivate a space where children and team members feel supported and empowered by expanding our reach into the community.

What You’ll Do:
Expand Community Awareness:
Act as the "boots on the ground" to ensure referral sources like pediatricians and schools know our mission.
Maintain Referral Relationships:
Develop and sustain meaningful connections with schools, daycares, and parent groups.
Coordinate Outreach Activities:
Support community events and distribute marketing materials to our partners.
Ensure Consistent Follow-up:
Manage thank-you cards, outreach calls, and Salesforce records to track impact and engagement.
Strategic Collaboration:
Work alongside Specialists to ensure seamless service within shared territories.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
Energetic and mission-driven individual with an interest in marketing or community outreach.
Ability to travel up to 70% within an assigned territory.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a flexible Monday-Friday schedule.
Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.
