Salary Range: $21.15 - 22.12
Department: Provider Operations
Reports To: Director of Provider Operations
Location: Remote

๐งญ Position Summary
Working closely with providers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing relationship management, this role focuses on data management, credentialing/recredentialing, grievance resolution, and provider support across all product lines.
โ Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and manage provider data for profile creation and maintenance
- Assist with claims issues, document discussions, and route concerns to the appropriate party for resolution
- Build and foster positive provider relationships through clear communication and responsive support
- Credential new providers in accordance with MTI and industry standards prior to network entry
- Recredential existing providers within industry timelines and standards
- Conducts timely Provider Data Management (PDM) activities ensuring effective utilization of provider services, contracted rates and other terms.
- Facilitate provider improvement through coaching and performance support initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless provider support and process efficiency
๐ Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare credentialing, provider grievance management. , or workersโ compensation claims experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
๐ก Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare, Business, or related field
- Certification in Credentialing (CPCS or similar)
- Experience in provider data management or healthcare operations
