YOUR IMPACT
A Professional Services Partner Sales Manager at OpenText is more than a sales role. It is an opportunity to shape how OpenText Professional Services engages with some of the world's most influential technology, consulting, and cloud partners. In this highly visible role, you will create and scale partner-led sales motions that drive services growth, increase Professional Services attach rates, and help customers accelerate their digital transformation initiatives. By bringing together partner ecosystems, sales teams, and services organizations, you will play a key role in turning strategic alliances into measurable business outcomes and long-term customer success.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
• Drive Professional Services revenue growth by building and expanding partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across GSIs, RSIs, SAP partners, cloud providers, and consulting alliances.
• Develop repeatable co-sell strategies and joint go-to-market plans that increase Professional Services attach rates and bookings.
• Position Professional Services offerings early in cloud, SAP, AI, modernization, migration, and managed services opportunities.
• Collaborate with partner sellers, alliance teams, software sales organizations, and delivery leaders to execute strategic account plans.
• Establish and manage clear rules of engagement that create alignment, reduce channel conflict, and drive mutual success.
• Package and promote Professional Services solutions including Launch, Boost, AMP, Cloud Factory, SAP Launch for Content, Managed Services, and AI Innovation Services.
• Analyze pipeline performance, forecast revenue contribution, and lead business reviews that drive accountability and continuous growth.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services sales, enterprise software sales, partner sales, alliances, consulting, or business development.
• Demonstrated success selling with or through global system integrators, regional system integrators, SAP ecosystem partners, cloud providers, or consulting organizations.
• Strong knowledge of co-sell motions, services attach strategies, partner-driven pipeline development, and Professional Services delivery models.
• Experience developing executive-level relationships and influencing stakeholders across partner, sales, alliance, and services organizations.
• Ability to build strategic account plans, identify growth opportunities, and execute against revenue objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience supporting cloud transformation, SAP RISE/S/4HANA programs, AI services, managed services, or information management initiatives is an asset.
