Sunstice, formerly known as FuturMaster, is a global software partner in Supply Chain Planning (SCP) and Revenue Growth Management (RGM). We’ve helped organizations plan, decide, and perform in complex, volatile markets for over 30 years. Powered by Structured Agility™, our platform blends clear governance with rapid adaptation across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and RGM.
Headquartered in Paris with hubs in the UK, China, Singapore, Brazil, and the USA, our 248 colleagues support 650+ customers in 90 countries, including Heineken, L’Oréal, SNCF, Sennheiser, and TotalEnergies.
The Role
We are looking for experienced consultants who want to spend less time configuring software and more time solving complex business problems, designing high-impact planning solutions, and helping clients transform the way they operate.
As a Senior Consultant, you will be the functional leader on complex delivery projects, driving solution design from the initial business challenge through to successful adoption.
Your Responsibilities
You will:
Lead the functional design of Supply Chain Planning processes across complex transformation programmes
Challenge and improve clients’ planning processes rather than simply documenting them
Design end-to-end business solutions, balancing business value, complexity and long-term maintainability
Facilitate executive workshops and advise senior stakeholders on strategic decisions
Mentor Consultants and Associate Consultants through coaching and delivery reviews
Contribute reusable design patterns, best practices and knowledge sharing across the company
Support medium and large implementation projects from design through testing, hypercare and continuous optimisation
Typical domains include:
Demand Planning
Supply Planning
S&OP / IBP
Production Scheduling
Revenue Growth Management, occasionally
About You
You are an experienced consultant who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems and translating them into practical, high-impact solutions.
You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders, challenging existing ways of working and making evidence-based recommendations. You combine strong functional expertise with sound judgement, a collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in coaching others.
You are motivated by the opportunity to spend less time on configuration work and more time on business transformation, solution design and advisory activities.
Experience & Education
5–8 years’ experience minimum in Supply Chain consulting or transformation, with expertise in at least one planning domain
Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or an equivalent qualification
Professional proficiency in French and English
Proven experience driving organisational change and helping clients adopt new ways of working
Technical and Professional Skills
Strong functional design skills, with the ability to solve ambiguous problems and balance business value with solution complexity
Experience designing end-to-end Supply Chain Planning solutions
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and leading executive workshops
Ability to challenge decisions and formulate clear, evidence-based recommendations
Strong understanding of at least one of the following domains: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP / IBP, Production Scheduling or Revenue Growth Management
Ability to coach colleagues, share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative consulting culture
Experience supporting implementation projects from design through testing, hypercare and continuous optimisation
What Sunstice Has to Offer
Help shape the convergence of business consulting and software implementation
Contribute to the transformation of Supply Chain delivery through AI
Work on long-term client partnerships where success is measured by business outcomes, not software deployment alone
Remain involved throughout the full delivery lifecycle, from initial design through implementation, hypercare and continuous optimisation
Make a lasting impact by ensuring that every design decision delivers long-term value
Use your expertise, judgement and advisory skills to solve complex business challenges rather than focusing primarily on configuration work
