PSP Integration Manager - Middle Overview: FinteqHub continues to expand the team and is looking for PSP Integration Manager . You’ll work with Payment Service Providers, Product and Development teams to deliver reliable PSP integrations and ensure smooth payment experiences for merchants and end users. About Product: FinteqHub А PCI DSS certified payment gateway for online businesses, providing integration with payment systems via a single software platform. Learn more Purpose of the Role: You’ll analyse, review and support PSP integrations to ensure they meet business requirements and PSP API specifications. You’ll help identify and resolve integration issues and support smooth communication between internal teams, PSPs and merchants. Key Responsibilities: Conduct business and system analysis for new PSP integrations by reviewing PSP API specifications and documentation. Design optimal integration flows for merchants and end users based on PSP requirements and payment logic. Review and test integrations against PSP API specifications. Validate request and response payloads; validate error handling within PSP integrations; validate payment flow logic, including 3DS and cascading. Identify gaps or inconsistencies between PSP documentation and actual API behaviour. Document identified gaps and inconsistencies in PSP integrations. Work with PSP and Development teams to resolve identified integration issues. Review integration tasks to confirm that implementation meets business requirements before launch. Maintain existing PSP integrations. Support the L2 team in investigating issues related to assigned PSPs. Assist with communication between Product and Development teams and PSPs. Provide merchants with the information required to launch their integration. Cross-check integration tasks completed by colleagues. Support Junior colleagues with complex issues. Required Experience: Solid hands-on understanding of API principles, including HTTP and JSON and PSP integration logic. Hands-on experience with Payment Service Providers (cascading, 3DS, different payment methods) and familiarity with local market specifics. Proven track record of successfully delivered integrations, with consistent quality in integration delivery. Experience maintaining integration documentation. Ability to independently resolve complex integration cases and stay effective under pressure when handling urgent tasks. Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, GPT or Gemini. Proactive mindset, including the ability to identify process or system issues and suggest improvements. English proficiency at B2+ level. Nice to Have: Russian proficiency at B2+ level.
